Project 1: Type Book
This project was about creating a type specimen book for a certain typeface. Out of the list of 23 typefaces, I chose Gill Sans. I chose Gill Sans because it made me think of the character Sans the Skeleton from my favorite videogame, Undertale. His character as well as his brother, Papyrus, are based off of typefaces, so I thought it was very fitting to have this be the theme of my type book. Additionally, I made the color scheme of my type book the colors of Sans, and added pixel art of him for the inner front and back covers.
